PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a white balance correction value or an imaging sensitivity regulation value to an imaging means by using a small optical source with small power consumption. SOLUTION: An optical source 2 is composed of a panel 4 made up of two or more light emitting diodes of three colors in R, G, and B, and a control unit 5. When 5,500°K for daylight is set as a color temperature by a setting unit 7, the control unit 5 controls the quantity of light emission of the light emitting diode for each color of the panel 4 to emit the light of color temperature of 5,500°K. The setting unit 7 generates a white balance correction value setting mode command to a digital camera 3. In the digital camera 3, the white balance correction value is calculated and set as a white balance correction value for 5,500°K for daylight. Similarly, a white balance correction value for 3,200°K for electric bulb is set.
