SOLUTION: A lock mechanism 54 has a cam part 46 which is fitted rotatably to a base 40 in an area of the base 40 irrelevantly to whether a rotary driving body 45 is at a 1st rotational position P1 or 2nd rotational position P2 as a cam part 46 which is formed in an uneven shape at an edge part of the rotary driving body 45 nearby a closure part 140 of the rotary driving body 45 and a rotary cam 130 which stops the rotary driving body 45 from rotating with the energizing force of an energizing member.Therby an opening part 47 of the rotary driving body 45 meets an opening part 41 of the base by engagement with the cam part 46 and releases the rotary driving body 45 from being stopped to rotating when a shape memory alloy member 50 is electrified again as a rotary cam 130 which is fitted rotatably to the base 40 in an area of the base 40.
