PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger in which a cover can be opened/closed well while limiting the height of the charger. SOLUTION: When a cover 4 is pressed toward the inside of a body 3 by an apparatus P to e charged, a first boss 6 formed at the supporting part 5 of the cover 4 is slid along a first guide hole 11 for guiding the first boss 6 extending in the substantially horizontal direction while serving as a stem for the entering/retracting operation of the cover 4.
