PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electromotive cutting tool enabling a worker to clearly see an Indian ink line showing a cutting position even in a work environment containing a large amount of dust or the like to perform accurate work. SOLUTION: In the portable electromotive cutting tool having an illuminator for illuminating the leading end part of a base, the illuminator comprises first and second light emitting diodes, and the first and second light emitting diodes are arranged in an up and down direction to be attached to the cutting tool at an angle so that the lights emitted from the first and second light emitting diodes cross each other on the way to illuminate the vicinity of the leading end part of the base.
