PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To industrially favorably provide a styrenic resin having a better transparency than before and giving a clean sheet, when molded and a sheet from the resin. SOLUTION: The styrenic resin is a copolymer of 20-80 mass% styrenic monomer unit and 80-20 mass% (meth)acrylate monomer unit. The copolymer includes 4,000-8,000 mercapto residue.
