PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro relay, and a device equipped with the micro relay, with a simple and compact structure, which can be manufactured easily at low cost, and capable of securing a stable and high switching ability and contact reliability for a long time. SOLUTION: A protruded part 1 and a concave part 2 with a slanted face are fitted at a fixing substrate 10 and a movable substrate 20 against fixed contacts 13a, 14a and a movable contact 28 making closing and opening operations supported by the same. When the fixed contacts 13a, 14a and the movable contact 28 make the closing and/or opening operations, the protruded part 1 is made to slide on the slanted face and the movable contact 28 and fixed contacts 13a, 14a are made to slide against each other in a contacted state.
