PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coin from being caught, and to provide an inexpensive hopper capable of preventing a coin from being caught. SOLUTION: This coin hopper is provided with a base having an upper face on which a coin is made to slide, a rotary disk adjacently arranged at the upper part of the base, and equipped with push-out protrusions formed on the lower face of the rotary disk having through-holes oppositely to those through-holes, a circular groove formed in the base and pieces rushing from the push-out protrusions facing the circular groove into the circular groove for preventing a coin from being caught.
