PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply repack an image recording medium contained in a medical purpose cassette without directly touching it and to provide an image processing system for the medical purpose cassette. SOLUTION: This medical purpose cassette is provided with a front member 10, a back member 20 facing it, an image recording medium 28 contained therein, a fixing part 51 integrally fixing and separably constituting the recording medium to the back member, and a separation mechanism 60 for separating the recording medium from the back member.
