PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the sealing performance while inhibiting the tension force of an inner seal lip 14a and the rotating torque of a rolling bearing even when an outer ring to which a core bar 2 is internally fitted and an inner ring to which a slinger 3 is externally fitted, are tilted or decentered to each other. SOLUTION: A basic end part of the inner seal lip 14a positioned at the most inner side among three seal lips 12, 13a, 14a configurating a seal material 4a is connected to an intermediate part of an inner peripheral face of the intermediate seal lip 13a positioned on an intermediate position. When the intermediate seal lip 13a is radially displaced, the inner seal lip 14a is radially displaced in interlocking with the intermediate seal lip 14a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
