SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit structure for a work machine provide the after-orifice type load sensing system controlling a flow rate of a pump so that the difference between discharged pressure PPS of the pump and load signal pressure PLS pulled out as the maximum load pressure is equal to controlling differential pressureα. Decompression load signal pressure PLS' reducing a differential pressure gainγbeing in proportion to engine speed from the load signal pressure PLS is set to act on a pressure compensation valve CV arranged at downstream of control valves V1 and V2.
