摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control mechanism for effectively restricting the flow rate of fluid even when it has a limited length. SOLUTION: A multistage orifice 1 consists of a plurality of orifice members 14A, 14B, 14C having orifice holes and a plurality of packings (a center packing 18A and end packings 18B, 18C), which are provided alternately ranging into an oil return passage 10. The center packing 18A has a center packing hole communicating the orifice holes with one another to form ranging direction flow paths 30a, 30b, 30c. The end packings 18B, 18C have an end packing hole and a return packing hole communicating the downstream end of one ranging direction flow path 30a with the upstream end of the other ranging direction flow path 30b adjacent thereto, respectively.
