PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a neutral point sleeve of a motor and a heat caulking method of the neutral point sleeve of the motor wherein the neutral point sleeve fixed to a three-phase coil is prevented from being extended at both ends, so that the miniaturization of the motor and an improvement in productivity are achieved. SOLUTION: By attaching pressurization portions 51A, 51B on both sides of tungsten electrodes 202A, 202B, the collapsing of both ends 12 of the neutral point sleeve 1 by the pressurization portions 51A, 51B is performed simultaneously with the fusing treatment of the center 11 of the neutral point sleeve 1 which is performed by the tungsten electrodes 202A, 202B.
