PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, system and method for navigating within contents on a device including stored information to be programmed according to channels. SOLUTION: In the glance view operating state of the device, contents associated to a channel are selected and read on a display of the device by using a passive interaction. According to a play list indexing a selection channel view associated to the present channel, the device periodically changes the indication. According to a set of rules associated to the channel, the selection channel view is selected out of available channels. All items within the play list are processed, and the play list is then updated according to the application of the set of rules. A customized channel includes reference to the other channel, so that a channel view associated to the customized channel can correspond to a channel view from the other channel.
