A garment designed to hide a belt from outside that is used to build up the leg muscles by tightening the legs in a predetermined region to impart a predetermined pressing force thereto to thereby impede the bloodstream is improved so as to facilitate the belt mounting and dismounting operation and the pressing force adjusting operation and to improve the ease with which the garment is used. The pressurizing trousers comprises belt (4) for tightening the legs in a predetermined region to impede the bloodstream, a trouser main body (2) that hides the belt (4) from outside, an inner (5) in the form of a spat fixed to the inside of the trouser main body (2), and a buckle (6) attached to the inner (5) and used in fixing the belt (4) to the inner (5). The trouser main body (2) is provided with a line fastener (3) for effecting mounting/dismounting exposure for tightening or loosening the belt (4), and for effecting adjustment exposure for an adjusting operation to adjust the pressing force of the belt (4).
