The laminated wall panel comprises a base panel (1), and a veneer (2) applied to an adhesive substance (3). The base panel on the underside has a rough, uneven and interlocked surface so that the panel can be well fastened on a wall or floor. The base surface on the upper side has an adhesive layer to accommodate the veneer, by which a flat surface is maintained. The base panel can be directly applied onto sintered ceramic tiles.
