<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily replacing a nozzle or the like to be used for spraying or the like of a super-cooled LPG in an LPG storage tank, and a piping structure for it. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises an outer pipe provided penetratingly an outer shell of a container and an inner pipe to be inserted to the outer pipe and attachable/detachable to/from an external piping system. It is for replacing the inner pipe in the piping structure in which the outer pipe and the inner pipe can be attached/detached at a position closer to the outer shell of the container from an attaching/detaching part of the external piping system and the inner pipe. The removal process for an existing inner pipe has a process to close the existing pipe, a process to separate the existing inner pipe from the external piping system, a process to separate the existing inner pipe from the outer pipe, and a process to pull out the existing inner pipe from the outer pipe while a purge gas is being fed in the pipe of the outer pipe. The mounting process for a newly constructing inner pipe has a process to insert the newly constructing inner pipe to the outer pipe while the purge gas is being fed in the pipe of the outer pipe, a process to join the newly constructing inner pipe and the outer pipe, and a process to join the newly constructing inner pipe and the external piping system.
