QUALITY EVALUATION SYSTEM OF FERMENTED MATERIAL AND RECORDING MEDIA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at the stability and improvement of a product quality through an objective evaluation of a fermented material in a decomposition and fermenting system by microorganisms.

SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a selecting means for selecting an objective fermented material for evaluation, or an inputting means for inputting bacterial phase data of the objective fermented material for the evaluation, a selecting means for selecting another objective fermented material as a control for the evaluation, an identity evaluation-calculating means for calculating each of identity evaluations of the bacterial phase data of the selected or inputted objective fermented material for the evaluation and the bacterial phase data of the selected objective fermented material as the control for the evaluation, and a fermented material-evaluating means for evaluating the fermented material based on the calculated identity evaluation of the bacterial phases.
