<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate compressor in which slidability, abrasion resistance, seizure resistance of a sliding part of the compressor are stably ensured even when the compressor is used for a long time under a severe operating condition by applying a refrigerant gas adapted to a recent environment conservation. <P>SOLUTION: In this swash plate compressor, a shoe sliding contact surface 9a of approximately spherical surface shape is arranged to a piston coupling part 9 formed integrally as a tail part of a piston. In a surface of the shoe sliding contact surface 9a, a lubricating porous anodic oxide film 25 is arranged which is constituted by depositing and impregnating multiple particulate self-lubricating matters 27 so as to advance from a bottom surface to a surface of multiple micropores 26 by a secondary electrolysis inside a gap (bore) in the micropores 26 formed to be regularly arranged inside a porous anodic oxide film (alumite) generated by an anodic oxidation process as a surface treatment. Therefore, even when the swash plate compressor is used for a long time under the severe operating condition while applying the refrigerant gas adapted to the recent environmental conservation, the slidability, abrasion resistance, and seizure resistance are sufficiently ensured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
