摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an ultrathin motor having a motor part thickness of 0.9 mm and side run-out/plane tilt accuracy of 10μm or less, while satisfying the high accuracy, high torque output, long life and low noise. SOLUTION: This ultrathin motor constitution has one ball on a center part of the motor, receives the thrust by a plane at its one end, and is inserted into an opened sleeve at the other end. Further a tilt auxiliary ring is mounted on an outer peripheral part of a rotor, and a small gap is formed with respect to an opposite plane. The thrust realizes the point receiving of the ball and the plane, the radial realizes the linear receiving of the ball and a sleeve inner diameter, and the side run-out/plane tilt of high accuracy is realized by approximately linear receiving of the tilt auxiliary ring and the opposite plane existing at an outer peripheral part of a rotor of a large diameter, though a bearing span is not used.
