PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily register pieces of file information about a plurality of multimedia files with different forms in a file information DB (data base). SOLUTION: The system for integrated management of multimedia contents is constituted so that pieces of the file information about the multimedia files are registered in the file information DB by providing a file search window 62 in which a list of the multimedia files is displayed and a file information registration window 64 in which a file information list of the multimedia files is displayed, selecting multimedia files displayed in the file search window and specifying the file information registration window as an editing destination.
