PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device having less number of parts, allowing easy assembly, and manufacturable at low cost. SOLUTION: A bar ring part for rotatably supporting a gear 12c is projectedly formed at the mounting position of the gear 12c on the inside of supporting plates 11 and 15.
