PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformed nut, a fastening fitting with the deformed nut, and a fastening device using the fastening fitting. SOLUTION: The nut threaded to a bolt comprises a first portion spaced axially from a washer and having a polygonal outer surface and a second portion located between the first portion and the washer and having a transverse dimension smaller than those of the first portion. A holding element engages with the washer so as to hold the washer and to prevent it from turning, and a driving element engages with the polygonal surface of the nut and turns the nut.
