PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate disassembling work even when a concrete mold tightening rod is tightened excessively for protecting sheathing boards and also for preventing the catch of the concrete mold tightening rod. SOLUTION: In a mold bearing implement 1 comprising a combination of a flat head cone body 2 made of a plastic material manufactured as a separate body and a steel collar 3a at a shaft head which are formed into one united body, a female screw 3c connected to a separator 20 coming to a drum portion 3b through a collar 3a at the shaft head side is provided, and a shaft body 3 equipped with a male thread portion 3e screwed to a concrete mold tightening rod 13 and a hexagonal portion 3d as a portion for hanging a box spanner for disassembling from the concrete body at the tip continuing from the drum portion 3b are all combined together; the position of the tip of a hexagonal body 3d at the tip continuing to the drum portion 3b has a length corresponding to the plate thickness of a weir plate from the end of the large diameter side of the flat head cone body 2, and a projection 3f is formed at the outer periphery of the hexagonal body 3d.
