PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal preparation for external use, especially a percutaneously absorbable medicine for external use and a wound-treating medicine for external use. SOLUTION: A medicinal efficacy-improving composition is characterized by comprising an acrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate copolymer. The medicinal preparation used for external uses and having excellent percutaneous absorbability / efficacy is characterized by comprising a medicine and the acrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate copolymer. Especially, a medicinal preparation comprising the acrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate copolymer and a blood circulation promoter and used for external use has excellent percutaneous absorbability / efficacy.
