The invention concerns an assembly for a clock watch movement regulating member (200) comprising a mainspring (100) and a collet (102) made in one single-piece, obtainable by photostructuring and electroforming. The material used for making mainsprings is a Fe/Ni/Cr alloy wherein can be added other constituents exhibiting characteristics of not requiring in particular heat treatment, low expansion coefficient, thermoelastic coefficient close to zero and low reaction to magnetism. The resulting regulating members (200) are made in one single piece in accordance with said above method. Their cross-sections (E) are parallelepiped, variable or not, their pitch (F) may be variable or not. Their mainspring (100) is also unidirectional or bidirectional. The resulting mainsprings exhibit only very slight perturbations due to the fixing points of the mainsprings (100) on the collet (102) and to Grossman and Caspari effects.
