Each device in the plurality of devices comprises a first electrically conducting material, a spacer, and a second electrically conducting material. The first electrically conducting material is overlaid on a first portion of the different region on the substrate occupied by a device and the spacer is overlaid on a second portion of the different region on the substrate that is occupied by the device. The first electrically conducting material and the spacer abut each other. The second electrically conducting material is overlaid on a portion of the spacer.
