<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical article management system for simplifying the management of taking-out, use, and return of medical articles by attaching discrimination means to medical articles. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal reader/writer 3 for a carrier capable of writing/reading information to/from an RF tag 2 set in the carrier, a warning means 50, a reader/writer 23 set in a neighborhood bed capable of writing/reading information to/from an RF tag 22 set in a patient, a reader/writer 33 set in a maintenance box capable of writing/reading information to/from an RF tag 32 set in a medical article, a medical article usage/residue measuring part reader/writer 35 for measuring the usage/residue of medical articles 31, and for writing/reading information concerning the measured usage/residue to/from the tag 32, a monitor terminal 60 for monitoring the movement of the RF tag 32, a manager terminal 70 for managing the whole system and a plurality of reader/writers 80 set in a hospital are connected through a LAN 100 to a monitor server 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
