<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device configuration having a display screen having an impact by enhancing an appearance of the display screen in a non display state, in an electro-optical device with an input device. <P>SOLUTION: The electro-optical device 200 with the input device is provided with an input device 220 constituted so that positions to be touched on the surface can be detected and visible light can be substantially transmitted and an electro-optical device 210 constituting display which can be visually confirmed through the input device. A semitransmission reflection layer 224R is disposed in the way of an optical path of display in the electro-optical device 210.
