PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high resolution valve pressure control for allowing all optimum pressure control systems using valve condition pulses to supply air flow rates each having an optimum and consistent operation scope. SOLUTION: In this high resolution valve pressure control system, an arbitrary pressure control system using valve condition pulses can change an air flow rate into an optimum and consistent operation scope, and the control precision of the arbitrary used combination of valves is increased to increase the service life of a usable cycle.
