摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct plate dividing processing considering an enlargement of a color reproducibility range, when a chromatic first and second color inks can be used. SOLUTION: On condition that an ink set, which contains a plurality of chromatic first color inks capable of reproducing achromatic color by being combined with each other and at least one chromatic second color ink different from any of the chromatic first color ink, is allowed to be used, that the chromatic color located at the outermost shell in the first color space is made to be the outermost shell chromatic color, and that the plate dividing ink quantity capable of corresponding to the outermost shell chromatic color and also capable of reproducing the enlarged chromatic color higher in saturation than the outermost shell chromatic color is made to be the outermost shell plate dividing ink quantity, the enlarged chromatic color vector is displayed using a longer enlarged vector having the same direction as the outermost shell chromatic color vector, the enlarged chromatic color and the outermost shell plate dividing ink quantity are determined so that the outermost shell dividing ink quantity becomes within the ink duty limit, and the plate dividing ink quantity corresponding to input color is determined based on the relation between the outermost shell chromatic color and the outermost shell dividing ink quantity.
