PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide/metal foil laminated sheet capable of withstanding high temperature use. SOLUTION: In the polyimide/metal foil laminated sheet comprising one or more polyimide layers same or different in composition and a metal foil, the first polyimide layer coming into contact with the metal foil contains a thermoplastic polyimide comprising a specific diamine which contains 50-100 mol % of 3,4'-oxydianiline and/or 1,3-bis(4-aminophenoxy)benzene as a diamine component and at least one kind of a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride selected from 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid dianhydride, a pyromellitic acid dianhydride and a 3,3',4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylic acid dianhydride.
