PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for measuring the properties of cereal grains, which measures the properties of cereal grains fed to a measuring instrument without causing a measuring mistake. SOLUTION: The tip of a nozzle 28 for guiding cereal grains of which the properties must be measured to the measuring intrument 19 is arranged in the vicinity of a processing position P1 where predetermined treatment is applied to the cereal grains by the measuring instrument 19 in order to measure the properties of the cereal grains and the properties of the cereal grains distributed to the processing position P1 by the nozzle 28 are measured by the measuring intrument 19. A guide 31 for preventing the cereal grains from getting out from rollers R1 and R2 is provided between the area between both rollers R1 and R2 and the tip of the nozzle 28, and a sampling device 18 for trapping the cereal grains of which the properties must be measured, the nozzle 28 and the measuring intrument 19 are integrally constituted. Since the cereal grains are distributed to the processing position of the measuring instrument by the nozzle, trouble such that the cereal grains get out from the processing position by vibration even when the measuring instrument is provided to a moving body such as a car, or a moving agricultural machine, and the properties of the cereal grains are stably measured.
