PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material enhanced in interlaminar bonding properties and excellent in heat sealability or printability in an extrusion laminated film comprising a propylene resin and an ethylenic copolymer. SOLUTION: This laminated film is constituted by laminating the ethylenic copolymer having physical properties (B1)-(B3), that is, (B1) : an ethylene content of≤99 wt.%, (B2) : a flow rate at 190°C of 0.5-50 g/10 min and (B3) : the relation of a fusion peak temperature (Tmb) with the fusion peak temperature of a prophylene/α-olefin copolymer (component A) stasfying a relational expression : Tmb≤185-2 x Tma/3, on the propylene resin film formed of the propylene/α-olefin copolymer (component A) having physical properties (A1)-(A3), that is, (A1) : a melt flow rate at 230°C of 0.5-50 g/10 min, (A2) : a fusion peak temperature (Tma) of 110-140°C and (A3) : a ratio (Mw/Mn) of a weight average molecular weight (Mw) and a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 1.5-3.5.
