PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooling device of a tooling system for metal working. SOLUTION: This modular tooling device (10) is constituted applicable to the metal working to a work (198). The tooling device (10) comprises: a base (20) including a mounting surface (40) having a locating feature (43); a removable insert (60) which includes a locating feature (63) and a work supporting portion (76) on the surface of the locating feature (63) and fixed to separate on the mounting surface; and a taking-out/lock device (370) movable between a first position in which the insert is fixed on the mounting surface and the positioning part of the insert is related to the positioning portion of the mounting surface and a second position in which the insert is at least partially taken out from the mounting surface. The taking-out/lock device serves to alternately fix the insert to the base and assists to take out the insert from the base.
