摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand control apparatus capable of reducing power consumption due to an air-conditioning load in a commercial power source by composite operation of a heat utilizing source. SOLUTION: This demand control apparatus is arranged for indoor circulation, and provided with a plurality of low-powered regulating air blowers 9 blowing off suction air in a direction for eliminating air with temperature hindering air-conditioning operation, an accumulator battery 15 converting AC power 8 into DC power, and power generators 31, 32 formed on a compressor 2a with a radiant fan 2b of an outdoor unit 2 enabling electric charge by midnight power so as to recharge the accumulator battery to constitute the power source other than the commercial power source. Further the demand control apparatus is provided with a switching circuit 4a arranged in a load signal generator 12 detecting the change in the ON/OFF operation of a temperature sensor 11 installed in a compressor 2a or an indoor unit and generating a signal, temperature sensors 6, 16 arranged indoors for operating the regulating air blower 9, and a controller 4 controlling the operation of a air conditioning system formed of the above devices. Thus room temperature averaging air current operation of an air-conditioned room 30 is performed by selectively using a single power source or an AC or DC conversion heterogeneous power source, which allows the power consumption due to the air-conditioning load with respect to commercial supply power to be minimized.
