PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed resin roll whose physical properties are almost the same by regulating an outer shape of the foamed resin roll with a mold pipe whose inside diameter is almost equal to the outside diameter of the foamed resin roll to be obtained, transferring and reacting/hardening a fluidic resin raw material. SOLUTION: The foamed resin roll R with a predetermined length consists of a foamed range AP obtained by reacting/ hardening the fluid resin raw material M. The hardness present in the foamed range AP is almost the same as the roll R at least in the axial direction. The foamed resin roll developing physical properties which are high in homogeneity, that is, that there is almost no difference in the hardness therein can be continuously obtained by a principal of heating with at least dielectric heat generation (heating), etc. by regulating the outside diameter of the fluidic resin raw material as a raw material for the foamed resin roll to be obtained.
