PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite silicone rubber particles excellent in fluidity and dispersibility of which addition to various substrate materials enables a user to improve their touch and feeling, reduce their internal stress and give lubricability and oil-absorbency thereto, and also to provide a method for producing the composite silicone rubber particles at high efficiency. SOLUTION: The composite silicone rubber particles are characterized in that the surface of the silicone rubber particles A is coated with silicone rubber particles B having a smaller particle size than the silicone rubber particles A, and the method for producing the silicone rubber particles comprises removing a dispersion medium from a dispersion or a slurry containing the silicone rubber particles A and the silicone rubber particles B having a smaller particle size than the silicone rubber particles A.
