PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic sheet capable of enhancing work efficiency, in forming a joining part with a predetermined member on the plastic sheet subjected to drawing. SOLUTION: In forming the joining place with a case body 26 being the predetermined member to the plastic sheet 1 subjected to drawing by pressing the heated plastic sheet 1 to a mold 11 by compressed air, the positioning part (mating part) 13 located to the fixed part 26a of the case body (predetermined member) 26 is formed simulataneously with the drawing of the plastic sheet 1. By this constitution, the joining part with the case body 26 is formed to the plastic sheet 1 becoming a dial plate 25 without being subjected to post-processing and work efficiency can be enhanced.
