PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized antenna having a satisfactory characteristic. SOLUTION: A first loop conductor 10L and a second loop conductor 20L which rotates around an identical virtual axis AX are connected in series. The first loop conductor 10L is formed on one face of a dielectric substrate 900, while the second loop conductor 20L is formed on the rear face thereof.
