PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure good connection between a tab of male terminal metal fittings and mating female terminal metal fittings. SOLUTION: The male terminal metal fittings 33 having the tab 33a contactable with the female terminal metal fittings 22 are housed in a connector housing 31 of a moving side connector 30, a hood part 32 surrounding the tab 33a and capable of fitting on the inside a connector housing 21 of a waiting side connector 20, and a lever 38 is rotatably supported. A cam pin 40 slidably supported in a cam groove 47 of a frame 46 is installed at the upper end of the lever 38. A moving plate 35 having a positioning hole 42 through which the tab 33a is inserted and positioned is fit movably up and down to the inside of the hood part 32. A cam pin 44 capable of engaging with a cam groove 39 of the lever 38 together with a cam pin 24 of the mating connector housing 21 is installed in the moving plate 35. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
