PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information control system capable of not only unilaterally receiving data but also performing information transmission through a control process by providing a mechanism capable of controlling data on a receiving side in a delivery system of digital information. SOLUTION: This information control system comprises a means for setting, when a homepage or the like put on the Internet is browsed by a browser or the like installed to a PC, information to be deleted (word, relevant information, etc.) in the homepage, a means for deleting unnecessary information from downloaded data, and a means for displaying the data from which the unnecessary information is deleted by the browser or the like.
