PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a motive power transmitting mechanism installed in a camera. SOLUTION: In the driving device having a driving source 21 and the motive power transmitting mechanism for transmitting driving force from the driving source 21 to a member to be driven through a plurality of gear members, the motive power transmitting mechanism is equipped with a 1st gear member 22 arranged on the side of the driving source and having a worm gear part, and a 2nd gear member 23 arranged on the side of the member to be driven with reference to the 1st gear member and having a worm gear part.
