PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact deaeration filling apparatus for a powder and granule substance, with which vapor such as air or the like mixed with the substance is deaerated efficiently and the substance formed into a clump by the deaeration is filled in a packaging container accurately, and which is excellent in stability at the manufacturing and the operation. SOLUTION: In the deaeration filling apparatus wherein a tubular filter 12 is mounted in the internal space of a vertical outer tube 11 and a decompression applying openings 17a, 17b and a vapor passages 13a, 13b are provided each on the wall surface of the outer tube and between the inner wall of the outer tube 11 and the outer wall of the tubular filter 12 and by decompression of the vapor passage 13a and 13b, the substance being transported through the internal space of the tubular filter 12 by a screw is deaerated and filled in the packaging container at the outlet of the tubular filter 12, a powder and granule dispersing member 25 for making it disperse and drop in the packaging container, preventing the tubular filer 12 from dispersely dropping out, is fixed on the tip of the outer tube 11.
