PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an assembly worker to easily confirm whether a throttling member is inserted in a refrigerant pipe or not. SOLUTION: The throttling member 18 is structured with a main body part 18a fit to an inner part of a tip end part 3a of a liquid refrigerant piping 3 and an exposed part 18b integratedly and continuously provided with the main body part 18a and exposed to outside the liquid refrigerant piping 3a. Thus, as the assembly worker can easily confirm whether the throttling member 18 is inserted in the liquid refrigerant pipe 3 or not by checking the exposed part 18b when attaching the liquid refrigerant pipe 3 to a liquid refrigerant port 10 of an expansion valve 2, the liquid refrigerant pipe 3 can be prevented from being attached to the expansion valve 2 while the throttling member 18 is not inserted.
