PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts for a post-attached type bracket for mounting a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: The bracket 10 is provided with an approximately cylindrical header tank insertion part 11 in which an end part of a header tank 3 in a longitudinal direction is inserted and fitted, and a core insertion part 13 having an approximately U-shaped cross section in which the end part of a core 2 in a laminated direction is inserted and fitted. The header tank insertion part 11 and the core insertion part 13 are respectively provided with locking claws 23, 37 for locking the bracket 10 on mounting positions. Thereby the post-attached type bracket 10 can be securely fixed on the heat exchanger 1 at the two positions of the header tank insertion part 11 and the core insertion part 13 by using the respective locking claws 23, 37, so bolts for mounting and fixing can be totally omitted or reduced in number.
