PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply and exhaust pipe connection box capable of stably supplying air into a range hood and restraining the generation of noise of the range hood by alleviating pressure fluctuation in a supply air duct side and reducing change in a load applied to a fan in the range hood in which the air can be supplied and exhausted at the same time. SOLUTION: The air supply and exhaust pipe connection box 50 is constituted to be airtight, and an auxiliary exhaust pipe 50a communicating an exhaust port 23 provided in a side of a hood body 10 with an inner end side of an exhaust duct is housed inside. An entire body is fixed in a lower side space of a slab 51 or in an upper side space of a ceiling 52. An inlet duct 54 and an air supply port 31 of the side of the hood body 10 are connected to an inlet port 55 and an inlet air exhausting port 56 respectively formed on a side surface and a bottom surface of the air supply and exhaust pipe connection box 50.
