PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure vessel improved in its sealing performance to properly keep the contact of a self-seal part and a flange part. SOLUTION: The flange part extended in the circumferential direction of a vessel body at a joint part with the vessel body, is formed on a mouthpiece part of the pressure vessel, the self-seal part kept into contact with the flange part to seal it, is mounted on a liner part of the pressure vessel, and a ring-shaped control member is mounted on an outer periphery of the liner part at an outer peripheral side of the self-seal part for controlling the enlargement of a diameter of the liner part by the expansion of the vessel body. Further an easy deformation part easily expandable and deformable, is formed on an outer edge part in the circumferential direction, of the self-seal part of the liner part.
