PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust manifold preventing exhaust interference in a low speed region of an engine, and preventing exhaust pressure rise in medium and high speed regions. SOLUTION: The exhaust manifold 2 of the engine 1 comprises: an aperture throttling means (variable throttle valve 3) that changes the aperture near downstream of a collecting part 14 of exhaust passages 5, 6, 7, 8 communicating with exhaust ports of each cylinder; and an aperture throttling control means that controls throttling rate of the aperture throttling means depending on operational state of the engine 1; and an O<SB>2</SB>sensor 4 disposed to a position opposite to the aperture throttling means of an exhaust passage 19.
