PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the neck and its surroundings feel refreshed, by solving problems that sweat makes stains on a collar, when a person wears a formal shirt or a jacket in hot summertime, and the person feels extremely hot as well. SOLUTION: A meshy collar part having good air permeability is attached to the collar, so that a feeling of the collar to the skin is improved, body heat escapes through the meshy part, the sweat is reduced in its amount, and therefore the person feels cool. Thus, the sweat is prevented from remaining on surfaces of the collar as the stains. Further, the meshy collar part is separable from the collar and washable, so that a laundry charge is reduced.
