PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the illegal detachment/attachment of a substrate case, a bracket or the like. SOLUTION: This illegal detachment-attachment prevention mechanism comprises a main body engagement part 50 which is connected with a main substrate case 20, a fitting body engagement part 60 which is connected with a main substrate cover, and a connecting member 70 disposed between both of the engagement parts 50 and 60. When both engagement parts 50 and 60 are put together with the connecting member 70 in between, an engagement protrusion 76 on one end of the connecting member 70 sticks into a recessed part 54 on the main body side to be engaged with the main body engagement part, while another engagement protrusion 74 on the other end of the connecting member 70 sticks into a recessed part 64 on the fitting body side to be engaged with the fitting body engagement part, which keeps the main body member and the fitting body member being put together. A coupling part 69a for connecting either the main body member or the fitting body member, which is formed on at least one of the main body engagement part and the fitting body engagement part, is made cuttable, so that the fitting body member can be separated from the main body member by cutting the coupling part 69a.
